RETURNS / EXCHANGES

It means a lot to us when customers are satisfied with their orders, so if you change your mind about a purchase you may send it back to us in exchange for a full refund. 

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S)?

We offer a 14-day returns policy. Please contact us within 14 days with your order number, a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods. We do not refund shipping fees for returns.
 

We offer a 14-day exchange, please contact us within 14 days with your order number, which colour/size you want to exchange for.

We will then give you an appropriate shipping address. We do not refund shipping fees for exchanges.

Please note we cannot refund earrings because of hygiene reasons. However, we are able to refund such items if it is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

POSTING YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE

Do keep your proof of postage in case your parcel gets lost in transit. We recommend you choose a tracked service. 

If you're a UK customer, please pay the correct postage otherwise Royal Mail will be unable to deliver your parcel. If you're unsure, we strongly advise you consult your Post Office. 

Please allow 5-7 working days for your returns/exchanges to be processed. If you have not received a confirmation after the given time frame, please contact us through our contact form and we'll look into it for you.
